How to add the AgentBase.io app to your Zoom account:

Step 1: Login to app.agentbase.io.

Step 2: Click on Settings and then open the integration settings by clicking on Integrations

Step 3: Find Zoom Webinar in the list and click on Connect

Step 4: You will be directed to login/authenticate with Zoom

Step 5: Then you will automatically be redirected to select your AgentBase.io location, click on the right one.

Using AgentBase.io with your Zoom account:

After adding the AgentBase.io app to your Zoom account, registrants and participants will be synced with AgentBase.io:

- When somebody registers for one of your Zoom Webinars the AgentBase.io app will find the contact in AgentBase.io, if none is found they will be entered into the system as a new contact. Then the "registered" tag will be added to this contact.
- When somebody joins one of your Zoom Webinars the AgentBase.io app will find the contact in AgentBase.io, if none is found they will be entered into the system as a new contact. Then the "attended" tag will be added to this contact.

Removing AgentBase.io from your Zoom account:

Step 1: Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

Step 2: Click Manage>>Added Apps or search for the "AgentBase.io" app

Step 3: Click the "AgentBase.io" app.

Step 4: Click Remove.

That's it, Zoom Webinar registants and participants will no longer be added and/or updated in AgentBase.io
