App Description

The App facilitates the connection between a user's Agent Base account and their Zoom Webinar account. By using the App, Users can seamlessly track registrant events for Zoom Webinars within their Agent Base account.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, Users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the App.

User Responsibilities

Users shall use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring the security of their account.

Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the Company. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. Users shall not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

Data Collection and Privacy

The App collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Payment and Subscription Terms

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend User accounts or access to the App at any time and for any reason. Users may terminate their accounts by following the instructions provided in the App.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes to the Agreement. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
